I'm pretty disappointed. 1. There is no vegan dish with the exception of salads (at least none is given) 2. the pizza has hardly any taste. 3. When I ordered yesterday, I had a woman's long hair in my mouth .... I think not a second time

We waited 1 hour for the pizza ... when we asked where the order was, they just said "oh sorry I only got on the phone the second day, it would have been a mistake on his part". Then we were promised a beer for otherwise ... then we said that we were 10 people, we would need 10 beers. We were also told that we got it for free. The driver was at the wrong address after 1 1/2 hours ... when the driver was finally with us, the promise that we would get the beer was not kept. Then we called Flying again and they said that we would get our beers with the next order ... Sorry ... we are really disappointed ...

Ordered the last time from Flying Pizza today. Food was cold and not even cooked through. Never again cheek like that !!

Unfortunately, something is always forgotten. Extras are paid for, but are not included. Very often the dressing for the baguette is also missing. Last delivery: pizza topping was completely postponed Casserole unfortunately regularly soaked in oil.

Food only delivered after more than 2 hours ... The whole meal was COLD !!!

The waiting time is never less than 1.5 hours ... never pay in advance again ...

Pizza is very good, but gratin is a disaster, otherwise very poor order coordination, wrong or incomplete things are regularly delivered. Arugula is available as an option, but it doesn't seem to be available in the business. Whoever orders quattro stagioni and only receives 3 ingredients says it all.

Very good, on time, pizza hot, very tasty. Fresh salad ... there is nothing to complain about ... This is how I imagine a delivery service ... Greetings Ralf

As we passed through today, we got a big stomach growl, so we quickly looked online for a way to get something to eat in the area and drove to Flying Pizza in Bremervörde. Although we made ourselves noticeable, we had to wait a moment until someone came from the kitchen into the room with the counter. The first thing we asked the employee was whether it would be possible to eat on site. He said that would not be a problem and he would quickly get the colleague to take our order. Even though we knew roughly what we wanted, ordering was not that easy, as there were no cards or flyers to look into on site. They were just out and so we only had a poster far behind the unlit counter. After we ordered, we mentioned again that we would like to eat on site. "No problem! Sit down, the meal will be ready in 10 minutes." After we sat down at a place, my companion took her medication that she had to take at a fixed time before dinner. When an employee showed up again after 15 to 20 minutes, we thought that it was time to eat. Instead, however, he informed us that we could not get anything to eat as it was not currently allowed to eat on site. There was no hygiene concept and the employees were probably not informed about it. There was no apology and no solution. For us this experience means: never again flying pizza! Neither on site nor as a delivery service. Neither in Bremervörde nor at home.

To be honest, I can't understand all of these bad reviews. I often order from Flying and have always been satisfied. Pizza always very well filled and nice service. I always pick up the food myself. Some complain about the 45-60 minute delivery time. You have to consider that several people have to order and be supplied. In addition, it takes a little while until things are finished. I can highly recommend Flying!

Wrong pizza was delivered. New pizza should be delivered with top priority, but arrived after over an hour (after another query). The wrong pizza was taken back and we couldn't keep it, despite all the inconvenience. Why do they want a pizza that has already been delivered?!?

Waited 2 hours where only one was said. The pizza was cold. And then they said their problem. We never again !!!!

Delivery times usually around 40-50min , generally very close to declared time. Pizza sometimes good, sometimes lacking a lot in cheese, recently I had one with extra cheese after mentioning this issue, and it had slices where around half of it was not even covered in cheese at all. Would order more if it was possible to just order a Pizza and it had a normal amount of cheese that you would expect. Calzone sometimes still very doughy on the inside. Delivery personnel generally very friendly.

I've been thinking for a long time if I should comment here but at a distance of about 2 km, the waiting time of 90 minutes is no longer acceptable and ensures that I will order my food elsewhere. Of course it can take longer but not as often as it happens here. Apart from that, unfortunately, the quality of the products also decreased over time.

After 1 hour waiting for the food, I got this "pizza" for 9 euros. I have been ordering from flying for a long time, although the quality is not sooo good (usually only lukewarm, pizza thinly filled) and the delivery time always takes around 45-60 minutes, but now it was the last time. Offering something like this to the customer is just a cheek. So if you have people out there who don't have high food requirements and have plenty of time, you can order here without hesitation.
